Hello and Welcome
Hey everybody!!!
Here is a little background information about me. I am from Long Beach California and I miss it terribly. I currently live in Forest Park Georgia with my husband Patrick and our 3 dogs; Srg. Pepper (I had to name him after my fav. Beatles album!!), Lola, and Shadow aka Darth Vadar ( he sounds like darth vadar when he first wakes up).
My husband and I bought this charming, 60 year old traditional style house. It is very small on the inside but comfortable. The house is in one of those neighborhoods that WW2 G.I.'s bought when they came back from war. Our house resides 15 minutes outside of Atlanta which is awesome because we aren't in the heart of the city with all that traffic; but we are close enough to all fun stuff Atlanta has to offer.
I decided to make this blog to chronicle the joy, pain, confusion, and all the other stuff that comes with redecorating a house. Now, my husband and I are still students so there is not a lot of money to do a whole HGTV renovation so we will be DIYin' it. I know it will be a challenge but I have faith that it will come out great. I will be looking to my favorite blogs, magazines, tv shows, and even you for inspiration!!!
